Subject: Teams using Hall County facilities as home courts for USTA Atlanta leagues
Northeast Georgia Tennis Association (NEGTA) will petition USTA Atlanta to allow specific Hall County facilities, which are named below, to play in USTA Atlanta leagues out of their Hall County facility under the following circumstances:
Any Adult, Mixed or Combo league USTA Atlanta that offers play on days that there are no NEGTA leagues playing.
If a team registers for the NEGTA Winter Mixed league and there are 3 or less teams, the teams will be given the following options: Play several round robins and then be allowed to register in the USTA Atlanta Spring Mixed league and play out of their Hall County Facility. NEGTA removes the team and ask that USTA Atlanta place them in their Spring Mixed league. Ratings will be adjusted to reflect the year-end rating and the players will be responsible for the difference in registration fees.
Requests for USTA Atlanta play must first be approved by NEGTA and then also receive approval from USTA Atlanta.
The Hall County Facilities that will be given this permission will be:
